Humane Society Reaching Out for Support

The Stratford-Perth Human Society is reaching out to you as it cares for three dogs who almost lost their lives last week.

A collision in Sebringville left the three dogs to wander around the region before they were found by rescuers.

Centre Manager Christine Jones says all of the dogs are in good hands and in good health.

The three are in an Emergency Boarding Program, which is free of charge and set up to help pet owners in times of crisis such as this one while their owner is recovering from the crash.

The Humane Society says boarding all three dogs costs around $100 a day and the recent treatments and surgeries needed to save them totalled around $1,400.
