Public consultations for Ontario’s Data Strategy being held in Stratford

Stratford is playing a big role in helping Ontarians and businesses benefit from the growing data economy.

That’s what the Government of Ontario says is behind developing a Data Strategy which they say is based on three key pillars; promoting trust and confidence, creating economic benefits and enabling better, smarter government.

The second phase of public consultations for Ontario’s Data Strategy is being held in Stratford this coming Monday at the University of Waterloo Stratford campus.

It’s taking place from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. and organizers say that those at the meeting will be given the opportunity to contribute to a focused and in-depth discussion on the Creating Economic Benefits pillar.
