A 23-year-old Stratford man has been arrested on outstanding warrants and now faces other charges.
SPS says officers saw the man in the Borden Street area last week and when they tried to arrest him on outstanding warrants he ran from the scene.
He was quickly arrested and restrained despite several efforts to get away, according to police.
The man was brought to police headquarters and charged on the outstanding warrants as well as other charges including carrying a concealed weapon.
