Police say a driver faces an impaired charge after they were pulled over in Perth South.
Around 9:30 Saturday night, Stratford Police say an officer stopped a red Hyundai Santa Fe on Perth Line 20 after it was observed swerving all over the road.
Police say the driver showed signs of having consumed alcohol and they were arrested and transported to Stratford Police Headquarters.
SPS says breath samples were obtained that showed the driver had over the legal limit of alcohol in his body to be operating a motor vehicle.
The driver was charged with Operation While Impaired-Blood Alcohol Concentration and was issued a court date of October 5th.
