Stratford Police say they were called to a number of mental health related incidents over the weekend.
SPS says officers attended approximately 16 mental health related calls for service, with five resulting in the patient being transported to the Stratford General Hospital.
They say the Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team clinician was able to assist with several of the calls, providing a much needed and immediate support to those in need.
It was part of a busy weekend that saw officers respond to 203 calls between Friday and Sunday.
Property crimes were also a factor, with ten theft and break and enter calls being reported and five specific property damage reports received.
